Three of our colleagues, Gabriella Csikós-Kiss, Erika Engi and Gabriella Kovács, participated in the International Day 2017 at the University of Bergen Faculty of Law on 19 January 2017. The event has been organized by the University for nine years. There were several universities represented by their colleagues from all over Europe and from other countries. Attendants were for example from the University of Lincoln, the Lancaster University, the Queen Mary University of London, the University of Southampton (England), the Bond University, the University of Sydney (Australia), the Radboud University (the Netherlands), the University of Zagreb (Croatia), National Law University, Delhi (India), the University of Cologne, the Saarland University/Europa-lnstitut, the Universität Bielefeld, the Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München (Germany), the Universitá degli Studi di Torino (Italy), the University of Aberdeen, the University of Dundee, the University of Glasgow (Scotland), the Universitát Rovira I Virgili (Spain), Comenius University, Bratislava (Slovakia), the Mitchell Hamline School of Law, the Penn State Law and the University of Minnesota Law School (U.S.A.).
In the Hall of the Faculty stands were provided for each participant. We had the opportunity to represent our Faculty during the whole day. Our Faculty’s Erasmus Mobility Programme was presented by Gabriella Csikós-Kiss. We had the chance to deepen international relationships of the Faculty. Many universities have shown interest in building contact with the Szeged Law School in the near future. We hope it may result in a rich and fruitful partnership. We were introduced how administration works in Bergen and we got information about the procedure and administration system of international relations of the Bergen Law School. Furthermore, we visited the Faculty’s Library so we experienced a bit of the Norvegian students’ life, too.
