The International and Regional Studies Institute, in partnership with the European Public Law Organization, cordially invite you to a conference at the Faculty of Law on 9 June 2023.
In autumn 2023, 39 Indonesian students from 19 universities will study at SZTE. The students are funded by the Indonesian International Student Mobility Awards. According to surveys measuring the effectiveness of the programme, 100% of participating students would recommend the University of Szeged to their peers.
In the academic year 2022/23, the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of the University of Szeged marks its 150th anniversary of its foundation. As part of the ongoing celebrations, the Department of Public Administration Law and Financial Law paid tribute to the late Prof. Dr. János Martonyi with a commemorative session and the unveiling of a memorial room in his honor. Prof. Dr. Márta Görög, Dean of the Faculty of Law, gave the opening remarks, and the event featured presentations by Dr. Tibor Navracsics, Minister for Regional Development, among others.
Volunteer team guides are expected to participate in the International Olympiad in Informatics (IOI 2023), which will be held in Szeged, Hungary, from 28 August to 4 September 2023.
The Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of the University of Szeged, in collaboration with the Institute of International and Regional Studies, organized a field trip to Vienna on March 22-24, 2023. Dániel Bense, an International Relations student prepared a report on the trip.
The Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of the University of Szeged marked its 150th anniversary in the academic year 2022/23, with a commemorative celebration on March 31, under the headline “In service of Hungarian legal education for 150 years."
