Fee of the PhD procedure

The fee of the PhD procedure is: 1000.- EUR. (500.- EUR for those who have completed at least two semesters in a PhD programme at the University of Szeged).

This fee is related to the PhD procedure therefore does not depend on the success of the procedure.

Due date

It is due to be paid within 30 days from the decision that has been made on the initiation of the procedure. Non-payment can interrupt the procedure.

Method of payment

The fee will be imposed in the Neptun system (online register) and should be paid through it. (In case of any help needed do not hesitate to contact the administrator of the Doctoral School).

Invoice

The candidate can apply for an invoice about the fee at the Student Administration Office.
