Dr. István Harkai gratuated at the University of Szeged, Faculty of Law in 2014 as a lawyer. After his degree he worked in the administration and published several papers on the field of international relations. Recently he is a second year Ph.D. student in the Institute of Comparative Law at Szeged University Faculty of Law. His main research field covers the digital copyright focusing on the European and international reform.
