Tasks:

Your task will be providing assistance to partners and senior lawyers primarily in the corporate/commercial/real estate practices, including legal research, drafting corporate, commercial and real estate related documents, advising clients, participating in legal due diligence exercises and negotiations, representing clients before courts and authorities.

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates for trainee (ügyvédjelölt) position upto a maximum of 1 year experience. Applications from fresh graduates are also welcome.

High command of English is a condition. Knowledge of any additional languages (especially French) is appreciated but not a condition.

Ideal candidates are either fresh law graduates or trainees with experience with an international law firm or with a prominent domestic law firm.

Ideal candidates have achieved excellent academic results in university, have a strong work ethic and are eager to work with international clients.

LLM degree or other similar foreign experience is appreciated but is not a condition.
