Az Összehasonlító Jogi és Jogelméleti Intézet egyik Phd hallgatója ritka örömet okozott az Intézet munkatársainak. A "Comparative Law" kurzusra írt dolgozatát továbbfejlesztette, amit a világ komparatistáinak egyik legnívósabb lapjában, a "JCL"-ben (The Journal of Comparative Law) sikerült megjelentetnie. Ez csak nagyon keveseknek szokott sikerülni. Aslı Alkış Tümtürknek ezúton gratulálunk és sok sikert kívánunk Phd dolgozata megvédéséhez!
One of the Ph.D. students at the Institute of Comparative Law and Legal Theory gave rare pleasure to the staff of the Institute. She improved her paper for the course "Comparative Law", which was published in one of the most prestigious journals of comparative law in the world, "JCL" (The Journal of Comparative Law). This is something very few people manage to do. We congratulate Aslı Alkış Tümtürk and wish her good luck in defending her Ph.D. thesis!
