Mr. Zlatos, a patent and trademark specialist with the Indianapolis-based law firm Woodard, Emhart, et al. was invited to teach at our Faculty at the invitation of the Institute of Comparative Law and Legal Theory.
During the period of October 27 and November 4, 2025, the Indianapolis-based patent attorney, Steve Zlatos visited our School of Law to deliver lectures to the students of our Comparative Intellectual Property Law and Trade and Investment Law LLM programmes on the copyright and patent systems of the United States. On the intensive sessions the students got familiarized with the constitutional basis, structure and most important features of US intellectual property law. Furthermore, Mr. Zlatos presented the most important and recent court cases related to these fields of law.
Mr. Zlatos' visit was co-organised with the Center of International Legal Studies, Austria.
