The Student's Service Office (HSZI) at the University of Szeged manages all administrative and service activities related to student finances, including payments and student passes.
As a student, you will interact with HSZI for services such as obtaining your Student ID card, temporary student ID, Student Status certificates, and health insurance. The office is located at 10 Ady tér, Szeged, in the József Attila Study and Information Centre (TIK), and operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 15:00.

All administrative units will be out of operation, and official administrative services will be suspended during this period. From August 25 to September 5, 2025, study-related matters can be handled electronically. In-person administration will resume during office hours starting from September 8, 2025.
