The defense of the dissertation

Method of evaluation: each member of the Review Committee scores from 0 to 5 points.

Approval of the dissertation: for a successful defense the candidate should receive at least 60 % of the maximum points (that is, the candidate should reach the average of at least 3.00 points).
 

PhD degree - grading

The grade of the PhD degree is based upon the average score received on the public defense.
